All orders qualify for free shipping with no additional charges.

• Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
• Orders confirmed before 3:00 PM Denver time (MT) are prioritized for same-day processing. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

4. Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and others to ensure safe and timely delivery of your carpets.

5. Shipping Timeframes

• Estimated delivery within the United States: 5–8 business days.
• Total delivery time is 6–11 business days.

6. Tracking Your Order
Once your carpet has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to monitor your shipment in real time.

7. Delivery Limitations
Certain remote areas or addresses not covered by our carriers may not be eligible for delivery. In such cases, we will contact you promptly to provide an alternative solution.

8. Address Accuracy and Potential Delays

• Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Incorrect addresses may result in delays or additional charges.
• Delivery may be affected by factors beyond our control, including extreme weather, customs clearance, or peak shipping periods. While we will assist as much as possible, MickeyMack cannot be held responsible for such delays.

For shipments within the United States, all prices on our website include applicable sales taxes. Customers will not incur additional import duties or taxes.
